WorkSight ("we," "us") provides property intelligence and related tools for contractors in the United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our marketing site (worksight.biz), request access, or use our services. We do not currently offer the service outside the United States.

Information we collect

• Contact and account data: name, email address, phone number, company name, and credentials you provide when you register, request access, or communicate with us.
• Service usage: product interactions, device and browser metadata, log data, and diagnostics needed to operate and secure the platform.
• Property and enrichment data: data you submit or generate in the product (for example searches, parcels, outreach content, AI prompts, and integrations you enable).
• Payment data: billing details are handled by our payment processor. We typically receive limited payment status information rather than full card numbers.

How we use information

We use the information above to:

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve WorkSight;
• Communicate about your account, trials, billing, and support;
• Develop and tune models and features consistent with U.S. law;

Sharing

We share information with service providers who help us operate the service (such as hosting, email, analytics where enabled, billing, security, and support). We may disclose information if required by U.S. law or to protect rights, safety, and security. If WorkSight is sold or merged, the buyer may receive continuing service data under this policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use this site to run ads for other companies on other sites.

Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. How long that is depends on the type of data.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage on this site. Analytics stay off until you accept them from Cookie settings in the footer. You can change that choice at any time.

• Essential: hosting and security, remembering your cookie choice, and remembering whether you closed or completed the free-access box. The site needs these to work as you expect.
• Analytics (optional): Google Analytics, only if you accept from Cookie settings. We use it to understand which pages are useful. It is not loaded until you accept.

Email you send us (signup, free access, or a call request) is used to reply and to run the service you asked for. Promotional mail includes an unsubscribe link, as required by U.S. CAN-SPAM rules.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from promotional email with the link in those messages. You can turn analytics off from Cookie settings. To ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, email privacy@worksight.biz.

If you are a California resident, you also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, use the address above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising those rights.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure.

Children's privacy

The service is for businesses, not for children. It is not directed to anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (COPPA).

Where we operate

WorkSight is offered in the United States. We and our processors (hosting, email, analytics, payments) typically handle information in the United States.
